Hi, I'm Rachel and I have a passion for baking amazing cakes and pastries.

I'm currently a Year 11 student taking my GCSE exams, which of course include Food Tech.

In September I hope to start an apprentership in Baking and then in time run my own tea rooms.

As much as possible I will be using fair trade products in my baking.
