Hi, I'm Rachel and I have a passion for baking amazing cakes and pastries.

I currently work for a local cafe where I love to bake, cook and serve our fantastic customers.

I hold a City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery.

As much as possible I will be using fair trade products in my baking.
